Lucid Artists Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This website and the member journal are operated by Lucid Artists.

Your private journal

  • Your sign-in. You sign in with your email, and your journal stays linked to that address.

  • Who can see it. Other members and visitors cannot see your entries or attachments.

  • Our access. We do not browse journals. As site operators we can technically reach saved entries, and would do so only to run or repair the service or if the law requires it.

  • Burned entries. We keep only a count, not the words.

  • Entries you send us. We will read them, and a copy stays in our email until you ask us to delete it.

  • Your control. You can delete any entry and its attachment yourself, at any time.

  • Your whole journal. Your journal stays safe for you, even after a membership ends. If you would like it removed, email info@lucidartists.com and we will delete it.

Information we collect

  • Your name, email address, and membership details

  • Messages and journal entries you save or send

  • Coloring designs you order, with the email you enter for them

  • Basic website usage data, including through cookies

How we use it

  • To run your membership and journal, send sign-in codes, and respond to you

  • To print and ship your orders, and to email your design code

  • To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations

  • We use trusted service providers to do this. We do not sell your information or use journal entries for advertising in any way.

Why send your entry to us

This is your opportunity to be heard. Every entry you send is read by us, and yours could become part of the Lucid world:

  • Spark a podcast topic. Your words could inspire a conversation on the Lucid podcast.

  • Join us on the show. We may invite you to be interviewed on the podcast.

  • Become a character. You could be brought into the Lucid world with a character of your own.

  • Shape the workbook. Your entry could inspire an exercise in our workbook.

If your entry sparks something, we may contact you at your journal email. We will ask your permission before sharing your entry, your name, or your story publicly.
